The conditions of sale of "Cementini" products are regulated below. In any case, the Supplier reserves the right to modify these General Conditions, which will take effect from the moment of publication on this website.

Any transaction with a "consumer" subject will be carried out in compliance with Legislative Decree 22 May 1999. 185 (implementation of Directive 97/7 / EC on the protection of consumers with regard to distance contracts) and the following general conditions of sale.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Contract, "SUPPLIER" means Associazione "La Bussola" con sede in Corso Calatafimi 1033H, Palermo
"CONTRACTOR" means the natural or legal person placing the order.
For the purposes of this contract, the term "CONSUMER" means the Contractor, who is a natural person who enters into this contract for purposes unrelated to any professional activity carried out.
For the purposes of this Contract, "ORDER" means the document (even if only electronically) that the Contractor sends (even if only electronically) to the Supplier, by which the Contractor himself expresses his will to execute the order under the conditions set out in this Contract.

2nd object

This document defines the general and specific purchasing conditions for the products and services marketed by "La Bussola".

3. Characteristics of the asset:

It is specified that by consulting the website it is possible to obtain a detailed description of each product and its prices.
The prices of the products are "to the customer", i.e. including VAT
Any changes to these Terms will take effect at the time of publication on the Website.

Payment methods, delivery and other information on contract performance:

a) Payments
Payment for purchases made on the website is made through:
- Paypal;
- Bank transfer;
- credit card.
The latter method uses encrypted data transmission with SSL connections, which ensures absolute privacy in the transmission of credit card information, which therefore cannot be viewed by other users on the network.

b) Conclusion
The orders sent are binding for the Supplier and therefore the contract is deemed to be concluded when the Contractor confirms the order and sends it to the Supplier.

The Supplier undertakes to send the Contractor, within a reasonable time, confirmation of receipt of the order placed by him, which may be done by telematic means provided that the receipt is printable.
The Buyer will be informed immediately, in the manner and at the times indicated in the following paragraph, if the requested product is not available.

c) Delivery
The Supplier undertakes to deliver the goods requested by the Contractor no later than 60 days after the day following the day on which the Contractor has paid the invoice.

In case of non-execution of the order by the Supplier due to the non-temporary or even temporary unavailability of the requested goods or services, the Supplier, within 60 days from the day following the day on which the Contractor sent the order, will notify the Contractor thereof, also by electronic means.

Broadcast

a) Please check the correctness and completeness of the package immediately upon receipt. The deadline for complaints is 5 days. Subsequent complaints about the package will no longer be accepted.

b) If an item is missing from your package, something arrives broken or something is out of stock, you will be given a store credit for the retail price. There is no right to subsequent delivery, refund or replacement.

c) The right of withdrawal is generally excluded and will only be recognised in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Cementini.
If Cementini grants a return, the customer will bear the cost of the return and undertakes to return the goods insured within 3 days. The goods will only be accepted back in their original condition and unused.

d) Cementini undertakes to deliver the package within 3-5 days of receipt of payment.

During difficult times, shipping may take a little longer. If something is no longer available and needs to be reordered, you will be notified.

Security

Payment by credit card is made in compliance with the highest security standards. The credit card number is entered on the website directly on a page managed by the server of the credit institution that carries out the digital transaction, even if this is not visible graphically. In this regard, the transmission is carried out using encrypted methods and directly to the bank, so that the supplier's server does not have access to the credit card number.

a) Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/99:
Purchases made on the site, like all distance purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, which offers the consumer the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal. The consumer can exercise this right within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier, without penalty and without giving any reason, and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.

b) Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity. Purchases made by retailers, companies or professionals are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories:
(a) audio-visual or sealed computer software supports opened by the consumer;
b) Newspapers, journals and magazines.

c) Exercise of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Associazione La Bussola, Corso Calatafimi 1033H, within the aforementioned period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

The communication can also be sent by email to labussolapalermo@live.it within the same deadline, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. This communication must include the codes of the products to be returned, as well as information on how to reimburse the costs incurred (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.
The products that require re-examination must be returned at the consumer's expense, in conditions of essential integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, we will proceed, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date on which the Supplier became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Consumer, to credit the cost of the returned products to the Consumer.

Unsolicited deliveries

The Supplier undertakes not to deliver any goods to the Contractor in the absence of a prior order from the Contractor if the delivery includes a request for payment.
The contractor is not obliged to provide the corresponding services in the event of an unsolicited delivery. In any case, failure to respond does not constitute consent.

jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and execution of this contract, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction shall be the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located within the territory of the State.

Protection of confidentiality and processing of customer data
